DOST PCIEERD and Elsevier, the world’s largest scientific publisher of peer-reviewed journals and articles, started mutual partnership in 2018. DOST PCIEERD renewed its partnership with Elsevier this year. Through this partnership, DOST PCIEERD enjoys 293,643 Full Text Access with a Cost Per Article of USD 0.80 which DOST PCIEERD shares with researchers from the 10 SUCs. Date of unlimited access and download starts on October 1 2020 and ends on December 31, 2021.
Through this access to scientific journals, DOST hopes to entice more researchers in the Philippines. (Ayu)
