Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) faculty members and other participants from SLUC and MLUC were trained on Bread and Pastry during the second series for PROJECT CLOTHE at SLUC on June 21-23 and June 28-30, 2021.
The participants were upskilled on bread and pastry and prepared for NC II assessment by TESDA on July 23, 2021.
Mr. Vladimir Joy Cariaso, one of the trainers and NC II National Trainer and Assessor on Bread and Pastry was happy to note that the participants enjoyed the training and were grateful for the free training provided for them by DMMMSU.
“We did not have difficulty training them. They are now very much ready for their assessment this July,” Mr. Cariaso remarked in an interview.
“The participants already possess enough background on food-related subjects that’s why they easily mastered skills in bread and pastry even for only 3 days,” Ms. Elena Cayabyab, one of the trainers explained.
Funds for this training is part of DMMMSU’s 14.3M-allocation for teacher trainings.
