In a move to blend the spirit of thanksgiving with health and wellness, Nutraphil Inc., a Quezon City-based private organization, donated a multi-purpose blender and juicer to the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) Department of the College of Education (CE) on December 20, 2021.

This has been the second time that Nutraphil have shared their cheer and yuletide blessings as they have also donated a disinfectant fog machine last year as part of their “Adopt-a-School” program.

The demonstration and turnover of the equipment was initiated by Mr. Richard Padac, a company representative of NutraPhil Inc. who later signed the deed of donation together with South La Union Campus Chancellor, Dr. Joanne Rivera, CE dean, Dr. Nona M. Rivera, and the BTLED chair, Dr. Veronica Carbonell.

“We are very grateful for your generosity. The BTLEd Department will surely put this gift to good use,” the Chancellor remarked at the turn over ceremony held in the administration building. (Tristan June I. Olarte)
