The DMMMSU Open University System awarded diplomas to 127 graduates last June 17, 2023 during the 27th Commencement Exercises held at the International Convention Center in DMMMSU North La Union Campus, Bacnotan, La Union.
Of the graduates, 49 were from the graduate program, 29 from the undergraduate program, and 49 from the certificate program.
In attendance were University President Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., Vice President for Academic Affairs Elsie M. Pacho, Vice President for Research and Extension Angelina T. Gonzales, Vice President for Administration Antonio O. Ogbinar, Vice President for Planning and Resource Development Priscilo P. Fontanilla, Jr., faculty members, administration, and personnel.
The proud parents and families of the graduates of Doctor of Philosophy in Development Administration, Master in Development Administration, Master of Arts in Science Education, Diploma in Local Government Administration, Diploma in Law Enforcement Administration, Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Certificate in Teaching, and Certificate in Early Childhood Education were also present.
A baccalaureate mass celebrated by Rev. Fr. Joel Templa, SVD was held before the graduation rites. (By Ces Mabalot)
