The College of Education (CE) – SLUC and San Julian Integrated School’s (SJIS) Alternative Learning System (ALS) – Agoo, La Union officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement to implement Project STITCH (Skills Training Initiatives in Technology for Community and Home Economics).

The MOA signing was led by Mr. Christian Doctolero, Principal of SJIS, and Dr. Nona M. Rivera, Dean of CE. The partnership is set to integrate specialized training in Bread and Pastry, Food Processing, and Events Management into the ALS curriculum. Project STITCH aims to equip learners with practical skills in these domains.
The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Agoo also inked a partnership with the college to implement Project STITCH. The signing was led by the SK-Agoo President, Villamor O. Dulce, and Dr. Veronica B. Carbonell, the Project STITCH Leader.
The collaborative endeavor also intends to integrate specialized training focused on Bread and Pastry, Food Processing, and Events Management for the members of the SK of Agoo. Under the banner of Project STITCH, the innovative initiative stands as a pioneering effort within the educational sphere, aiming to integrate practical skill development with the academic framework.
