Qualified employees of DMMMSU received a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus amounting to PhP 26 500. The incentive was approved through Resolution No. 2023-870 on December 20, 2023.

CNA incentive is paid every year and during the lifetime of a CNA from savings through cost-cutting measures initiated by DMMMSU Administration, the Faculty Association of DMMMSU (FAD), and DMMMSU Nonteaching Association (NTA). Based on the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) guidelines, CNA is given to permanent, temporary, contractual, and casual employees only. However, these qualified personnel each generously shared PhP 1500 with COs and JOs. (By Ayu)
