MLUC’s Human Resource Management Office conducted an Orientation Program with Training-Workshop on Advanced ICT Applications for Office Management and Table Specifications, Including Test Questions Construction at the CAS Audio-Visual Room last March 16, 2024.

The newly recruited faculty members were oriented on various university policies, procedures, and resources. They had the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, ask questions, and familiarize themselves with the university’s mission and protocols.

Topics discussed include information about the DMMMSU Faculty Association by Prof. Mark Anthony C. Ochoa (Faculty Regent); Resource Development and GAD Concerns by Dr. Marlyn M. Amante (GAD Focal Person); Student Admission and Records Concerns by Prof. Ma. Linda G. Bose (Head, SAR); Accreditation and Quality Assurance Concerns by Dr. Genevieve C. Cadaoas (Head, QA); Commitment of Faculty to Instruction, Research, and Extension by Dr. Joan V. Rivera (Head, Instruction), Prof. Marylen D. Rodriguez (Head, Research), and Dr. Benigno G. Ganalon; Health Protocols by Dr. Jennifer S. Dawaton (Head, Health Services); Individual Performance Commitment and Review Preparation and Rating by Dr. Mary Jane B. Dulay (Head, Planning); Professional Ethics of a Government Servant by Ms. Perla A. Sotelo (Head, Administrative Services); Commitment of Faculty to Human Resources Concerns by Dr. Rahfie C. Nullar (Head, HRM); and Training-Workshop on Advanced ICT Applications for Office Management and Table Specifications, Including Test Questions Construction by Dr. Darwin T. Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, MLUC Chancellor, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “We believe that a robust orientation program is essential for setting our new faculty members up for success.
