Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sudipen formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on February 18, 2025.

The agreement supports the research project titled A System-Based Approach to Streamline Property Management System for the Local Government Unit of Sudipen.

The research, led by Prof. Herve E. Orpilla, Mr. Jessie B. Vallecera, and Ms. Maricel O. Pre, aims to enhance the efficiency of property management within the municipality.

Present at the MOA signing were Hon. Mayor Wendy Joy D. Boquing, Hon. Vice Mayor Melvin G. Macusi, and Prof. Kenneth G. Bayani, Director of Research at DMMMSU.
