The College of Agroforestry and Forestry (CAFF) successfully conducted Agroforesters Inniliw 2025 for BS Agroforestry graduates from Batch 1980 to 1989 on April 5, 2025, at the JICA Building.

The program began with welcome remarks from For. Bonnie Budeng, CAFF Alumni President. This was followed by a presentation on the history and progress of Agroforestry and Forestry by For. Jay Mark G. Cortado, Dean of CAFF.

The highlight of the event was the sharing of memories and experiences (SMEs), starting with Atty. Benjamin P. Sapitula from Batch 1982, For. Mariano Lagartera from Batch 1980, and other representatives from each batch.

An intermission number was performed by BS Agroforestry and BS Forestry students, followed by fun games led by For. Angelo Lozano, a faculty member of CAFF. The participants enjoyed their lunch break at Game na Courts.

In the afternoon, all alums were given the chance to continue sharing their stories and reconnect with fellow graduates.The celebration concluded with activities at Amita’s Place in Taboc, San Juan, La Union, where alumni continued bonding and reminiscing memories. (By Rochelle M. Verganio)
