Eleven (11) graduates from the Institute of Criminal Justice Education (ICJE) were honored by the Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (PCAP) – Region I for their outstanding performance in the February 2025 Criminology Licensure Examination.
The recognition ceremony, held at San Juan La Union on April 25, 2025, highlighted the achievements of Jesie James Soria, who secured the top spot, followed by Kimberly Ducusin in second place and Katrina Paula Flores in tenth.
Eight additional ICJE graduates were also recognized for earning a General Weighted Average of 85.00 percent or above. They are Myrel Joy M. Abuan, Lisanda Dayasen, John Rae G. Afunay, Dominique Vanessa Catbagan, John Patrick Aeroll D. Balanon, Sandia A. Calaley, Janela Grace E. Maiano, and Mary Rose Agoot.
