Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid La Union Campus (DMMMSU MLUC) officially unveiled three major infrastructure projects on April 30, 2025. These are the newly completed Training and Innovation Center, College of Technology (COT) Academic Building, and Athletes’ Dormitel. 

The Training and Innovation Center will support research and extension initiatives, while the COT Academic Building features modern classrooms and laboratories tailored for technology-driven learning. The Athletes’ Dormitel, developed in partnership with Congressman Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V and the Department of Public Works and Highways – La Union District I, will provide upgraded accommodations for student-athletes and support the university’s broader sports complex development plans.

The projects were completed under the leadership of University President Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., MLUC Chancellor Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, Vice President for Planning and Development Dr. Priscilo P. Fontanilla, Jr., and Director for Infrastructure Planning and Development Dr. Mary Jane B. Dulay. These new facilities will significantly improve educational resources and student services.
