Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – North La Union Campus (DMMMSU-NLUC) non-teaching personnel participated in an Institutional Learning Tour and Capacity-Building Program on June 4 – 5, 2025, in Nueva Ecija.

Organized by the DMMMSU-NLUC Non-Teaching Association under the theme “Empowering Gender-Responsive Quality Service Delivery,” the activity aimed to enhance the skills and competencies of non-teaching personnel in support of the University’s commitment to service excellence.

Participants visited key institutions, including the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice), the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC), Central Luzon State University (CLSU), the National Engineering University of the South (NEUST), and Farm Ridge.
