DOUS holds 27th Commencement Exercises
The DMMMSU Open University System awarded diplomas to 127 graduates last June 17, 2023 during the 27th Commencement Exercises held at the International Convention Center in DMMMSU North La Union Campus, Bacnotan, La Union.
