By 2030, DMMMSU is a globally ranked, futures-oriented University committed to excellence in instruction, research, and extension.

To attain its vision, the University commits to:

  1. Deliver quality service in instruction, research, and extension;
  2. Develop employee competencies, creativity, empowerment, and accountability through innovative programs and strong management engagement;
  3. Consistently achieve and maintain the target level of client satisfaction;
  4. Regularly review the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, utilizing risk management initiatives and results as key inputs to continual improvement; and
  5. Uphold full compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Quality Objectives

At the end of the year, the University aims to:

  1. Attain at least a 40% passing rate in licensure examinations;
  2. Ensure an employment rate of at least 40% for all graduates within two years after graduation;
  3. Complete at least 80 research projects, publish at least 60 journal articles, utilize at least 26 research outputs, and deliver at least 60 conference presentations;
  4. Implement at least 80% of the approved community training and outreach programs;
  5. Ensure 100% implementation of all activities in the enhanced Faculty and Staff Development Plan within the scheduled timeline;
  6. Ensure 100% implementation of all the activities outlined in the approved Preventive Maintenance Schedule;
  7. Achieve a Budget Utilization Rate (BUR) of at least 85%;
  8. Achieve a client satisfaction rate of at least 85%; and
  9. Ensure timely and 100% compliance with all applicable statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
