Not only will the permanent, temporary, contractual, and casual employees receive bonus from the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) but also will the contract of service (COS) and job order (JO) personnel this December.
The joint resolution No. 01. s. 2020 crafted by FAD President Jo Ann P. Rulla and NTA President Rima Q. Baldemor authorizes DMMMSU Administration to deduct one thousand five hundred pesos (Php 1,500.00) from the CNA incentive of all personnel with plantilla item which will be shared pro-rated with COS and JO personnel.
From the savings of the University this year, personnel with plantilla item are going to receive nineteen thousand pesos Php 19, 000. 00 from which Php 1500 will be deducted.
CNA incentive is paid every year and during the lifetime of a CNA from savings through cost-cutting measures initiated DMMMSU Administration, FAD and NTA members. Based on the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) guidelines, however, CNA is given to permanent, temporary, contractual and casual employees only.
Considering the goodwill, services, and hard work of COS and JO personnel, FAD and NTA made the resolution; hence, all DMMMSU employees will each receive CNA incentive. (Ayu)
