The Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED) Faculty of the South La Union Campus- College of Education successfully conducted another leg of their signature extension program by providing technical assistance on food processing to residents of Tubao, La Union on May 26, 2023.

Dubbed Project: S.T.I.T.C.H. which stands for Skills Training Initiatives in Technology for Community and Home Economics, the training aims to provide an opportunity for members of the community to upskill themselves for potentially viable sources of income. Not only are these skills valuable in the household level, these can also translate to future career paths as entrepreneurs or future trainers. (by Tristan June Olarte)
